The terms for booking with Ink Obsessions LLC and for the text messages we send. Last updated October 10, 2026.

BOOKING TERMS

Every tattoo is custom. Your artist may decline a request, and may adjust a design for how it will look and age on skin.
Your price is set by your artist before you book. If your plans change (size, placement, detail), your artist will confirm any change in price with you first.
You agree to give accurate information, including on the consent form, and to arrive on time, rested and fed, and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Our booking policies (deposits, rescheduling, cancellations and refunds) apply to every appointment.
Text messages from us are covered by the text messaging terms below.
These terms may be updated; the version shown here when you book applies to that booking.

TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

Ink Obsessions LLC sends all text messages from our studio texting number, (651) 413-3009.

When we text you: only when you text us first, to reply to your questions about booking, appointments and aftercare; once, when you call us at (866) 828-6387 or (651) 413-3009, choose an artist and press 1 to get that artist's booking link by text from (651) 413-3009; or, if you ticked “Text me appointment updates” on our booking form, to confirm your appointment and remind you of it.
How often: message frequency depends on your conversation with us. The first time you text us you get one automatic reply confirming we received your message; after that, our staff reply in person. A booking link from the phone line is a single message. Appointment updates are about 2 texts per appointment (a confirmation and a reminder), sent between 9am and 9pm Central time.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further texts. Reply START to receive texts again.

No marketing, no payment requests by text: we do not send promotional texts, and we never text payment links or ask for card details by text. Payment links come by email, and cards are taken at the studio.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number and messages are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
