TEXT MESSAGE CONSENT

By texting (651) 413-3009 you agree to receive text messages from Ink Obsessions LLC replying to your questions about booking, appointments and aftercare. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

When you call us at (866) 828-6387 or (651) 413-3009, choose an artist and press 1, you agree to receive one text from (651) 413-3009 with that artist's booking link. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

When you send a booking request on our website and tick “Text me appointment updates”, you agree to receive appointment confirmations and reminders from Ink Obsessions LLC at the number you entered, about 2 texts per appointment. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time. The box is never ticked for you, and you can book without it.

HOW IT WORKS

• You choose to hear from us. We only text people who have texted us, who pressed 1 on our phone menu to get an artist's booking link, or who ticked “Text me appointment updates” on our booking form. We never add numbers from other sources.
• What we send: replies about booking, appointment times, pricing questions and aftercare. The first time you text us you get one automatic reply confirming we received your message; after that, our staff reply in person. If you opted in to appointment updates, you also get a confirmation when your appointment is booked and a reminder before it.
• When: automatic texts (confirmations and reminders) go out only between 9am and 9pm Central time.
• No marketing: we do not send promotional texts, and we never text payment links or ask for card details by text.
• Stop anytime: reply STOP and you will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to receive texts again.

Full details: Text messaging terms and Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
